Protection of personal data and sending commercial communications

Protection of personal data and sending commercial communications

  1. The protection of personal data of the buyer, who is a natural person, is provided by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended.
  2. The buyer agrees to the processing of his personal data, which he provided to the seller in connection with the conclusion of the purchase contract (in particular, name and surname, date of birth, billing address, identification number, tax identification number, e-mail address, telephone number and fax number) (hereinafter collectively referred to as "personal data").
  3. The buyer agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purposes of exercising rights and obligations under the purchase contract and for the purposes of maintaining a user account. Unless the buyer chooses another option, he agrees to the processing of personal data by the seller for the purposes of sending information and commercial communications to the buyer. Consent to the processing of personal data in its entirety according to this article is not a condition that would in itself prevent the conclusion of a purchase contract. The buyer hereby agrees to the transfer of information necessary for the successful delivery of the order to the relevant carrier ensuring the transport of the seller's goods. The transport of shipments is governed by the GTC of the given carrier.
  4. The buyer acknowledges that he is obliged to provide his personal data (during registration, in his user account, when ordering in any way) correctly and truthfully and that he is obliged to inform the seller without undue delay of any change in his personal data.
  5. The seller may authorize a third party, as a processor, to process the buyer's personal data. Apart from persons transporting the goods, personal data will not be transferred to third parties by the seller without the buyer's prior consent.
  6. Personal data will be processed for an indefinite period. Personal data will be processed in electronic form in an automated manner or in printed form in a non-automated manner.
  7. The Buyer confirms that the personal data provided is accurate and that he has been informed that the provision of personal data is voluntary.
  8. If the Buyer believes that the Seller or the Processor is processing his personal data in a way that is contrary to the protection of the Buyer's private and personal life or in violation of the law, in particular if the personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of their processing, he may ask the Seller or the Processor for an explanation or request that the Seller or the Processor eliminate the situation that has arisen in this way.
  9. If the Buyer requests information about the processing of his personal data, the Seller is obliged to provide him with this information. The Seller has the right to request reasonable compensation for the provision of information pursuant to the previous sentence, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information.
  10. The Buyer agrees to the sending of information related to the Seller's goods, services or business to the Buyer's electronic address and further agrees to the sending of commercial communications by the Seller to the Buyer's electronic address.
  11. The Buyer agrees to the storage of so-called cookies on his computer. In the event that the purchase on the website can be made and the Seller's obligations under the purchase contract can be fulfilled without the storage of so-called cookies on the Buyer's computer, the Buyer may revoke the consent in accordance with the previous sentence at any time.
